2. What this site is

Responsible AgeTech publishes curated resources, events, and perspectives on the ethical design of technology for aging populations. Content is provided for information and education. It is not legal, medical, clinical, or professional advice, and it does not replace professional judgment.

3. Resource submissions

When you submit a resource for the library:

  • You confirm you have the right to share it and that the details you provide are accurate.
  • You grant Responsible AgeTech a non-exclusive right to display the submission details (title, description, attribution, links) on this site. Ownership of the underlying work stays with its author.
  • Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be edited for clarity or declined without notice.
  • You may request removal or anonymization of your published submission at any time through the data privacy request page.

To exercise removal or anonymization, use the data privacy request page.

5. Third-party content

The resource library links to material owned and hosted by third parties. Responsible AgeTech does not control that material and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or practices. A resource appearing in the library is a curatorial judgment, not an endorsement or guarantee.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Responsible AgeTech and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
